Brick Coin

Description

The existing theatre flooring is made up of bricks recovered and recycled after the fire of the Royal Mail Hotel in 1938. After 83 years, the bricks are uneven and damaged. Significant works are now required for the safety of guests and to sustain the authenticity and history of the building.

Brick Coin is the primary 2022 fundraiser as we seek to raise $75,000, which will include a $25,000 donation from Creative Partnerships Australia if we meet our targets.

In return for your coin ($250), we will restore the bricks in 2023 and proudly display your name in The Royal Theatre Winton.
